Severe Technical Issues: If you encounter a severe technical issue that fundamentally impairs the plugin's functionality, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 30 business days, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant screenshots or error messages. All attempts to resolve the issue must be documented.

Misrepresentation: If the plugin is materially different from what was advertised due to a clear and undeniable case of misrepresentation. Misinterpretations due to misleading advertisements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind about the purchase after the transaction has been completed.

Compatibility Issues: It is the user's responsibility to ensure compatibility with their system and WordPress version before purchase. Refunds will not be provided for compatibility-related issues.

Minor Bugs: Refunds will not be provided for minor bugs that do not affect the overall functionality of the plugin.

No Refunds After Activation: Once the plugin's license key is activated, no refunds will be provided.

Third-Party Integrations: Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or other software.

To request a refund, contact our support team at content@wpvigil.com within 14 days of your purchase date with your purchase details, including Order ID, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue. Our support team will respond within 7 business days to assess the situation and provide a resolution. You must have allowed our support team to attempt to resolve the issue before a refund can be considered.

5. Resolution of Refund Requests

Our decision on whether to issue a refund is final and non-negotiable. If a refund is granted, it will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
